Raj J. has a wide range of work experience. In 2019, they started their own company, EOXS, as the Founder and CEO. Before that, they were an Account Executive at JM Steel from 2012 to 2016, during which time they increased revenue from $18M to $92M. From 2006 to 2008, they were an 8 Ball Pool Player in the Canadian and American Pool League, and they won six 8 Ball tournaments. Raj also played for PokerStars from 2008 to 2010, where they were ranked 7th in the 2010 IPL.

Raj J. received their Master of Business Administration from Delhi School Of Management, Delhi Technological University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi Technological University (Formerly DCE) in 2006, majoring in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
