Matthew Smith leads life sciences investing at Lion Point Capital, a New York hedge fund with $1 billion in assets under management and the largest shareholder of Epalex. Mr. Smith completed his undergraduate degree at Stanford University and holds a JD degree from Yale Law School. He is currently working toward a Masters’ degree in biotechnology.
