Franck LEBAILLY

Franck Lebailly is currently the Responsable HSE multi-site ICPE at EPALIA, where they define and animate the company's safety policy while managing 40 sites. Previously, they held roles including Animateur HSE at JTEKT European Operations, where they deployed the HSE policy and ensured safety for a sector of 400 personnel, and Coordinateur QHSE at Rubix, overseeing QHSE initiatives across 40 commercial agencies. Franck earned a Master’s in Quality, Safety, and Environment from iaelyon School of Management and a Licence in Risk Management from Université de Caen Normandie.
