Min Deng

Min Deng is a seasoned UX designer with a strong background in interaction design and user experience. Min is currently working as a Senior Experience Designer at EPAM Continuum. In this role, they use their knowledge and expertise to create compelling user experiences.

Prior to joining EPAM Continuum, Min Deng worked as a UX Design Lead at Belight Innovation Information Technology from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they led the user experience design for Wanquan, a social app for alumni. Min also collaborated with the project manager to define product requirements and actively participated in discussions on marketing, company management, and strategy.

From 2013 to 2017, Min Deng served as a Senior UX Designer at Baidu, Inc. Here, they were responsible for interaction design for multiple platforms of Baidu Music, including the app, website, and client software. Min also conducted user research, tests, and competitive analysis. In the latter half of their tenure, they took charge of the design team.

Before Baidu, Min Deng worked as a UX Designer at Sohu.Com Inc. from 2012 to 2013, focusing on interaction design for the Sohu News app. During this time, they also contributed to the writing of a UX design book called "Invisible Design," published in 2014. Additionally, they optimized output standards for interaction design.

Min Deng's career in UX design started at MediaTek in 2010, where they worked as a UX Designer. In this role, they were responsible for interaction design for various native apps of the feature phone operating system, such as Contacts, Browser, and Weather. Min also participated in conceptual projects.

Min Deng earned a Master's degree in Service Design from the University of the Arts London from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, Min Deng obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information art & design from Tsinghua University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
