Welcome to EP/AO Hub — the dedicated platform for End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs) and Awarding Organisations (AOs).

If you're an EPAO or AO, you’re in exactly the right place. EP/AO Hub was created to connect you directly with high-quality freelance talent across the sector — including End Point Assessors (EPAs), Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs), Writers, Examiners, External Quality Assurers (EQAs), and more.

What do we do?
We make it easy for EPAOs and AOs to find, engage, and work with assessment professionals. Whether you need to hire immediately or build your freelance network for the future, EP/AO Hub offers two simple options:

Advertise your vacancies on the platform to attract candidates actively seeking new assignments.

Search our database of pre-registered candidates ready to work.

Why advertise as well as search?
While it’s tempting to only search the database, advertising your opportunities significantly boosts your results. Advertising helps you:

Become an EPAO or AO of choice

Build your brand awareness

Attract more candidates (because no adverts = fewer new registrations)

Candidates are drawn to the platform when they see active, appealing opportunities — so the more you advertise, the stronger the community becomes.

Getting started is simple.
Choose from flexible advertising options, with discounts available for longer-term listings. And if you’re a candidate looking for freelance work in End Point Assessment, EQA, IQA, writing, reviewing, or examining — you can register and search for opportunities completely free, forever.

At EP/AO Hub, we bring the assessment sector together — making hiring and finding work easier than ever.
