Michael Carr

Michael Carr is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental health and emergency medical services. Currently serving as an Environmental Health Specialist II for the City of Manchester, NH since May 2017, Michael also holds the position of Commissioner with the Emerald Lake Village District starting in August 2023. Previous roles include Deputy Health Officer for the Town of Brookline from May 2016 to December 2019, and volunteering as an EMT with Brookline Ambulance. Michael has additional experience as an Admissions Counselor at Rivier University and as an Emergency Medical Technician with American Medical Response. Michael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Health and a Bachelor's degree in Biology, both obtained from Rivier University.
