Ingela Walhelm

Ingela Walhelm is the Chief People Officer and Partner at Epassi, where they focus on growing people and scaling the business internationally. Previously, Ingela served as Head of HR for Finland at Pitney Bowes and held several leadership roles in HR at companies like Hartwall and F-Secure Corporation. Ingela's career began as a Talent Assistant at Securitas Direct by Verisure. They earned a Master’s degree in Economics with a focus on Organization and Management from Hanken School of Economics.
