Sofia Björkman

Sofia Björkman has extensive experience in people, culture, and leadership within dynamic environments. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for Epassi, Sofia focuses on scaling culture and leadership capabilities while managing the local people agenda in Sweden. Previously, Sofia held the position of Head of People at Speqta, where they developed the People function and drove key initiatives in employee engagement and M&A integration. With a background in human resource management and law, Sofia also has experience as Chief Human Resources Officer at Advisa AB and in various HR roles across multiple companies.
