Jeff Foote

Jeff Foote is the President & CEO of ePayResources, a role they have held since 2022. Foote previously spent 1999–2017 at Broadway Bank, where they served as Group EVP, Director of Operations & Technology and as Group EVP, Business Solutions Executive, with responsibilities spanning operations, payments design and processing, technology, commercial products, treasury management, facilities, purchasing, eBanking, and related functions. Earlier at Bank One (1989–1990), Foote was a Credit Analyst in a formal credit training and lending rotation program and also held the titles of Assistant VP, Business Development Officer (where they generated new commercial business opportunities throughout the San Antonio area) and Cash Management Sales Officer. Foote earned a BBA in Finance and Management from Texas A&M University (1982–1989) and an MBA in Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio (1996–1999).
