Tom Moreno

Tom Moreno has significant experience in treasury management and banking, with a career spanning over three decades. Notable positions include Vice President and Senior Treasury Management Officer at Wells Fargo Bank and Compass Bank, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Texas Partners Bank, where Tom leads operational strategies and client fulfillment. Tom serves as Treasurer of the UP Partnership and is a board member of ePayResources. Leadership roles include President of the San Antonio Association for Financial Professionals and Task Force Chairman for the Association for Financial Professionals. Additionally, Tom has contributed to TEXPO, serving as Chairman for the 2015 conference and Speaker Chair for the 2025 event.
