Wanda Downs, AAP, APRP, NCP, is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with over 40 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Payments Education at ePayResources, Wanda previously held the positions of Vice President and Director of Payments Education at the same organization. Wanda's extensive background includes leadership roles such as CEO at both Purolator Employees Federal Credit Union and Fayetteville Observer Times Credit Union, as well as serving in various capacities at banks and credit unions. Wanda completed a degree in accounting and finance in 2010 and holds multiple industry certifications.
