Ashley McKnight serves as a Talent and Culture Strategist at EPB since November 2022, focusing on enhancing the Greater Chattanooga community through support and collaborative initiatives. Concurrently, Ashley has held the position of Ladies of GOLD Head Coach at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since July 2019. Previous roles include Coordinator for Recruitment and Programs and Administrative Specialist at Gary W. Rollins College of Business from October 2019 to November 2022, as well as Administrative Assistant at UTC New Student and Family Programs from September 2018 to October 2019. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Educational Leadership at the University of Tennessee at Martin, expected to be completed in May 2024.
