Caitlin McFall is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPB since February 2023. Previously, Caitlin worked as a Technical Recruiter at Rocket and as an Adjunct Business Instructor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additional experience includes positions as a Stylist and Assistant Store Manager at J.Crew, a Compensation Analyst at U.S. Xpress, Inc., and an Integrated Specialist at Unum. Caitlin also served as a Graduate Assistant at the Haslam College of Business, where a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources was earned. Earlier roles include an HR Intern at the University of Tennessee and a Front Desk Student Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Cinema Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and participated in a study abroad program in Italian Language and Literature at Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo.
