Chris Reel is a Senior Engineer with extensive experience at EPB and EPB of Chattanooga since September 1993. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in System Science & Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, obtained from 1991 to 1993, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from The University of the South, completed between 1988 and 1991.
