David DiBiase

David DiBiase is an experienced General Counsel and Compliance Officer currently employed at EPB, where they have been serving since 2021. With a strong background in the energy and communications sector, David previously held roles at EPB as a Corporate Consultant and at the Tennessee Valley Authority as a Senior Financial Analyst. David also worked as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant for Puget Sound Energy. They pursued their legal education at the Nashville School of Law while holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
