Jerry has also held IT Manager positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Caterpillar Financial, showcasing exceptional leadership skills and the ability to spearhead complex projects with significant cost reductions. With a background in Six Sigma and experience in managing a wide range of enterprise-wide initiatives, Jerry consistently delivers results and drives continuous improvement within critical systems. In addition to their professional experience, Jerry holds a Master of Business Administration from Bradley University, a Bachelor's degree in Management from Southern Illinois University, and an Associate of Science in Accounting from Spoon River College.
