Lex Phillips is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer support, technical production, and music education. Currently serving as a Customer Support Technician at EPB since December 2020, Lex previously worked as an Independent Sales Representative at Cellular Sales and as a Private Music Tutor while self-employed. At Latitude Church, Lex excelled as IT and Production Manager, overseeing technical aspects of church services, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring operational efficiency. As Worship and Production Pastor at Forest Park Church, Lex led a team of 42 volunteers and directed various production elements. Additional experience includes managing a sales team at Guitar Center and providing audio, lighting, and media support at Lee University. Lex holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University and has earlier degrees in Music Business and Music Teacher Education.
