Nikki Garner has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as Supervisor I at Su since April 2014. In addition, Nikki has been a Customer Service Representative at EPB since June 2008 and worked as an Assistant Bookkeeper at BI-LO, LLC from August 2004 to June 2008. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2007 and 2013, and a College Prep diploma from East Ridge High School, completed in 2007.
