Sumbul Hashmi is a public health researcher and real-world evidence scientist with a strong foundation in epidemiology and biostatistics. They earned a Specialized Masters in Public Health Methodology from the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they graduated with great distinction, and a Master’s in Public Health Dentistry from the Maulana Azad Institute Of Dental Sciences. Sumbul has worked on numerous public health research projects, serving as a Post Graduate Dentist and public health researcher from 2015 to 2018, and most recently held the position of Global Public Health Manager at EPCON in 2021. Currently, Sumbul is furthering their education in health program design and evaluation at the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp.
