Brian Quill currently serves as the Operations Manager at EPCOR since January 2025. Prior to this role, Quill was the Utilities Service Manager for the Town of Queen Creek, retiring in January 2025 after nearly eight years in that position. Quill's extensive experience includes serving as the Wastewater Maintenance & Operations Supervisor for Gilbert, Arizona from September 2004 to May 2017, and as a Water Production Maintenance Tech III for the City of Scottsdale from August 1984 to September 2004. Additionally, Quill worked as a Firefighter/Engineer EMT with Rural/Metro Corporation from May 1986 to April 2004. Quill has pursued further education through UC San Diego Extended Studies and has attended Paradise Valley Community College and Texas A&M University.
