Frank Mannarino

In his role as Senior Vice President, Corporate Services, Frank is responsible for providing leadership and governance in the cross-company functions of Health, Safety and Environment and Human Resources and Information Services.

Frank also leads EPCOR's Energy Services business, which provides rate regulated and default supply electricity services to approximately 520,000 residential and small commercial customers in Alberta. In addition, Energy Services provides billing, collection and contact centre services.

Before being appointed to his current position, Frank was Senior Vice President of Electricity Operations.

Frank held a number of senior roles in business and operations at Shell Canada prior to joining EPCOR in 2010. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Alberta. Frank serves on the Board of Directors of Edmonton's Telus World of Science and Alberta Chamber of Resources.
