Starting as a Cooperative Education Student at Capital Care Group and EPCOR, Ho now holds several senior management positions at EPCOR, including Senior Manager of Compensation & Analytics, Senior Manager of Pension & Analytics, and Senior Manager of HRIS, Metrics & Analytics. Ho has also served as a Manager and Specialist in various pricing and metrics roles within the company.
