Ian MacNeill

Ian MacNeill first worked as a Systems Consultant at Syncrude Canada Ltd. from September 1998 to October 2000. Ian then joined EPCOR in October 2000 and held various roles including Systems Analyst, Team Lead, and Project Manager until January 2007. From January 2007 to July 2009, they worked as a Manager in Application Support at EPCOR. Ian then became the Director of Application Services from July 2009 to December 2017. From January 2018 to April 2023, Ian served as the Director of Customer Operations at EPCOR, first for the EDTI division and then for the EWSI division.

Ian MacNeill completed an Executive Management Program at Queen's University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta from 1992 to 1996.
