Kara Reed

Kara Reed is a Sr. Advisor in Incident Investigation within Health & Safety at EPCOR, where they lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and incident management. Previously, they held various roles, including Manager of Technical Training and Acting Manager of Health & Safety at EPCOR. Kara has extensive experience in recruitment and outreach from their years as a Recruitment and Employment Outreach Consultant for the City of Edmonton and as a Foundations Facilitator for the Alberta Council of Disability Services. They earned a Diploma in Rehabilitation Practitioner from Grant Macewan College, a degree in Community Rehabilitation & Disabilities Studies from the University of Calgary, and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Alberta.
