Laine Watson

Laine Watson is a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant at EPCOR, where they have worked since 2016. With extensive experience in talent management, public engagement, and project management, Laine is also a co-founder and co-president of EPCOR's Pride Employee Resource Group, reflecting their passion for equity, diversity, and inclusion. Previously, they held various positions at EPCOR, including Specialist in Community Engagement, and worked at ATCO Electric as a Planner, where they managed public consultations and regulatory applications. Laine earned a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban Planning from the University of Waterloo and an Engineering Design and Drafting Technology diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
