Leticia Washington

Leticia Washington is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs at EPCOR, where they apply extensive knowledge in GAAP, regulatory accounting, and finance. Previously, Leticia held several key positions at Arizona Public Service, including Accounting Team Lead and Fossil Accounting Team Lead, where they successfully managed audits, oversaw significant financial projects, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. They also served as a Manager of Rates & Regulatory Affairs at Liberty Utilities, leading teams and analyzing utility earnings. Leticia earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
