Mike Gao

Mike Gao is a Manager of Lab Operations at EPCOR, where they oversee laboratory quality management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. With a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Nankai University, Mike has held roles ranging from Analyst at ALS Laboratory Group to various managerial positions at EPCOR, including managing wastewater lab operations and quality assurance systems. Their expertise includes analytical chemistry, method development, and internal audits for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation. Prior to their current role, Mike served as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta.
