Minnan Liu

Minnan Liu is a seasoned professional in water resources engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager at EPCOR since September 2017. Prior to this role, Minnan held positions as General Supervisor and Senior Engineer at the City of Edmonton from October 2014 to September 2017 and from 2005 to 2014, respectively. Educationally, Minnan Liu earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Water Resources Engineering from the University of Alberta between 1998 and 2004, a Master's Degree in Hydraulics and River Dynamics from the China Institute of Water Resources & Hydropower Research (IWHR) from 1988 to 1991, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Tsinghua University from 1981 to 1986.
