Noah Blackburn is a civil engineer in training with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, acquired between 2016 and 2021. Experience includes roles as a Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor, followed by a Seasonal Labourer position with the City of Leduc from May 2015 to May 2018. Noah worked as a Capital Projects Assistant (Co-op) with Strathcona County from May 2018 to December 2018 and served as a Project Management Assistant (Co-op) for the Government of Alberta from May 2019 to August 2019. A Traffic Engineering Co-op position was held at the City of Edmonton from January 2020 to June 2020. Currently, Noah is employed at EPCOR as a Drainage and Industrial Monitoring Engineer in Training since September 2024, following a role at Klohn Crippen Berger from May 2021 to September 2024.
