Norma Tomlins

Norma Tomlins is a Senior Advisor in Operational Excellence with over 20 years of experience in managing organizational transformation. Recognized as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Norma has demonstrated strong leadership and influencing skills across various roles, including positions at EPCOR and ICBC. Throughout their career, they have successfully led projects that resulted in significant operational savings and enhancements in process efficiency, while also mentoring numerous staff in Lean methodologies. Norma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Simon Fraser University.
