Susan Ancel

Susan Ancel has over three decades of experience in the water and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Director of One Water Planning at EPCOR since March 2001, where responsibilities include strategic planning for water, sanitary, and stormwater systems with an emphasis on climate change adaptation. Previously held roles at EPCOR include Director of Stormwater Strategies, Director of Water Distribution and Transmission, and Director of Network Services, focusing on engineering and operational management of water distribution networks. Susan's career began as a Project Engineer at UMA Engineering Ltd from 1987 to 1992, followed by a similar role at EPCOR from 1992 to 2001. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, completed in 1987.
