Zosia Hafso

Zosia Hafso is currently the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at EPCOR, where they provide leadership to the Learning and Development team, focusing on operational strategy and organizational design. Previously, Zosia held various managerial roles at EPCOR, including Manager of Technical Training and Manager of Talent Sourcing, where they specialized in developing training processes, managing operational activities, and enhancing talent acquisition strategies. Zosia began their career as a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Design Group from 2007 to 2012, honing their skills in recruitment and client relations. Zosia is pursuing dual MA degrees in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and Psychology from Uniwersytet SWPS.
