Marcin Bierut

Marcin Bierut has over 17 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2003, they joined 3SOFT S.A. as a Supervisory Board Member, Board Member & PMO Director & CFO, where they were responsible for operating and financial management, developing systems architecture and projects management for key customers, and managing and improving business processes. In 2010, they founded Iconity, where they focused on business process management and improvement, and the implementation of systems which support and improve processes in various organisations. In 2013, they joined Spectral Games as a Supervisory Board Member. In 2016, they became CEO of Game Code Lab and a Strategy Consultant and Board Member of Incuvo. In 2018, they co-founded ePeer and became its CTO. In 2019, they joined Icon24 as a Product Owner. In 2022, they founded Braight Technologies and became its CTO.

Marcin Bierut obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology between 1996 and 2001. In 2016 and 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu. Marcin has also obtained a number of certifications, including Certified Expert in BPM 2 from OMG in 2014, UML Professional from OMG in 2013, PRINCE2 from APMG-International in 2012, Profesjonalny Menadżer e-biznesu from IAB Polska in 2011, and CustomerCentric Selling from Customer Centric Selling Poland Sp. z o.o. in 2010.
