Ma. Lilibeth Cano has a diverse work experience in the field of training and development. Ma. Lilibeth worked for ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO from 2007 to the present, holding various roles such as Global Customer Experience Training Development Director, Training and Development Manager, Training Development Officer, and Communication Skills Trainer. In these positions, they designed and implemented performance development solutions, conducted needs and problem analyses, developed training courses and materials, facilitated communication classes, and conducted coaching sessions and assessments.
