EPG Global has been providing products and administration services to clients including manufacturers, dealers, auction houses and leasing companies of new and used equipment on a worldwide basis for over 30 years.

World-leading manufacturers entrust us to manage their extended warranty programmes, and we have provided warranties on hundreds of thousands of machines worldwide.

We understand exactly what is required to run a long-term, successful extended warranty programme in multiple territories and across continents. We handle the end-to-end process for our machinery clients, from underwriting to dealership training and policy administration through to claims management. We manage for clients:
•	Warranties on new machinery as an extension to the base warranty, and/or
•	Warranties on used machinery and equipment

Our 30 years’ experience of providing products to clients means we have built up a wealth of expertise in managing all the supporting administration services including claims handling, customer technology platforms and multilingual call centre and translation services.

EPG Global has built upon its extended warranty experience to create a comprehensive range of property and liability insurance products to protect our clients’ wider commercial interests.
