Lindon Egan

Lindon Egan is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at EPG Group since March 2025, Lindon previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at MinterEllison from January 2020 to August 2024, where significant operational efficiencies were achieved through strategic restructuring. Lindon has also worked as a finance leader at Norton Rose Fulbright, overseeing the global rollout of SAP to enhance accounting processes, and held multiple senior roles at EY, including Chief Financial Officer and Oceania Operations Director. Lindon started a career at IBM Australia as AP ITD Controller, focusing on budgeting and financial management. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Sydney and completion of the Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
