Patrick Simmonds

Patrick Simmonds serves as the Director for the Northeast Region at EPI-USE since September 2024. Previously, Simmonds held the position of Director of Human Resources Information Systems at Playa Hotels & Resorts, where contributions included establishing the HRIS function that managed 15,000 employees across various properties using SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to that, Simmonds was the Director of HRIS at Amtrak, managing digital technology for 20,000 employees with an $11 million budget. Experience also includes leading HR/Payroll projects at Total Wine & More and playing a key role in Marriott International's HR Digital Transformation project. Simmonds's long tenure at Starwood Hotels & Resorts includes overseeing global HR information systems for over 195,000 employees. Simmonds holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
