Lorena Compean

Lorena Compean is an experienced professional with a diverse background in change management, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices. Currently serving as an Angel Investor at Epic Angels, the largest female-only angel investor network in Asia Pacific, Lorena has also been an Assessor for the Sustainable Real Estate course at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership since 2021. Previous roles include Manager of Change Management at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities encompassed driving change across property teams in 21 markets, and Senior Manager of Operational Management at HSBC, focusing on enhancing operational outcomes across 18 countries. Lorena's career also includes leadership positions at CBRE, NEXSTEP, and various management consulting firms, complemented by a strong educational background that includes an MBA from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Business Sustainability Management Certificate from the University of Cambridge.
