EPIC BREATHS is an education-focused organisation exploring the relationship between nervous system regulation, movement and learning.

Built on the principle that it starts with regulation, our work supports children and young people through experiential programs designed to strengthen attention, emotional awareness, resilience and cognitive engagement within real educational environments.

Through the RIPPLES METHOD, EPIC BREATHS combines breathwork, movement, sensory integration and STEM/CLIL-based learning to create practical, embodied experiences that help children regulate before they are expected to perform, communicate or learn.

Originally rooted in yoga and movement education, EPIC BREATHS has evolved into a broader educational methodology developed through direct collaboration with schools, educators and interdisciplinary learning spaces across Brescia and Bergamo.
