Heather Cich

Heather Cich has a diverse work experience in the advertising and project management fields. Heather started their career at Schermer Kuehl, where they worked as a Project Coordinator from August 2001 to August 2005. Heather then advanced to the role of Project Manager from August 2005 to December 2008, and finally became a Senior Project Manager from December 2008 to March 2010.

In 2010, Heather joined EPIC Creative as an Account Manager and worked in this role until September 2015. Heather then progressed to the position of Senior Account Manager from October 2015 to September 2016, and subsequently became an Account Supervisor from October 2016 to December 2017.

Heather's responsibilities at EPIC Creative included managing client accounts, overseeing project timelines and budgeting, and providing strategic marketing and brand development services. In October 2022, they were promoted to the role of Director of Operations at EPIC Creative.

Heather Cich holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition, they have completed Organizational Communication Training at Dale Carnegie. Continuing their education, Heather has pursued a Masters in Management from the University of Phoenix.
