The Educator Perceptions and Insights Center (EPIC) is focused on amplifying the voice of teachers to improve their engagement and increase retention. These three themes, "Listen, Inform, Improve," serve as a foundation for our work in supporting teachers and educational leaders. Through our data-driven and statistics-based approach that is individual to all of our clients' unique challenges, we are able to provide useful and prescriptive guidance that can be compared regionally and over time.
