Seb de Lavison is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in finance and real estate. Currently serving as a Pledger at Epic Foundation since April 2022, de Lavison is dedicated to empowering children and youth. As Président of Solustone since April 2021, Seb leverages innovative financial strategies to assist property owners in monetizing their real estate. Co-founder and Administrator at Proptech Lyon since September 2020, de Lavison focuses on advancing real estate technology. In a prior role as Board Member and Treasurer at Ahimsa Fund, de Lavison contributed to sustainable health projects until January 2024. Previous positions include Directeur Général at Properstar Finance and Fondateur at Trackstone, showcasing expertise in real estate intelligence and investment software. Earlier career highlights include co-founding Invox and holding significant roles at Natixis, where de Lavison managed project finance portfolios and risk reporting processes. Seb de Lavison holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from IDRAC Business School and is a Level III Candidate of the CFA Program.
