Benjamin Seifert is a seasoned leader in quality assurance and engineering with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Engineering at Epic Games since January 2019, Benjamin has significantly improved development efficiency at scale and transitioned the company's approach to a holistic quality methodology. Prior to this role, Benjamin held various positions at Epic Games, including Head of Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering, where a 1500-member cross-discipline organization was built to enhance quality across multiple products. Previous experience includes serving as QA Director at TigerConnect, where the testing process was refined towards agile methods, and multiple roles at Riot Games, where strategic QA initiatives were implemented across R&D and propelled the department's development. Benjamin holds a Master of Arts in Psychology and Program Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Christopher Newport University.
