Colin Benoit is a highly accomplished cinematic artist with extensive experience in the film and gaming industries. Currently serving as Lead Cinematic Artist at Epic Games since December 2016, Colin has established a reputation as a virtual cinematography expert and has contributed to major projects, including the groundbreaking LED wall “volume” used in The Mandalorian. Prior to this role, Colin spent over 15 years at Industrial Light & Magic, where significant achievements included supervising a global team during the production of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, earning a VES award for Outstanding Virtual Cinematography. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and has further training from Voicetrax.
