David Barton

David Barton is a seasoned professional in the gaming and visual effects industries with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Business Development Director at Epic Games since February 2011, David has also held multiple roles within the company, including Business Development Manager. Prior to Epic Games, David worked at Cubic Motion for nearly a decade, focusing on high-quality facial animation as Executive Producer and Producer. David's career includes positions at Bizarre Creations, where responsibilities included UI and Presentation Producer and Cinematics Producer, and Image Metrics, where contributions included Technical Supervisor and Head of Production. David began a career in technology at Cable & Wireless, completing a Graduate Management Training Program. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physics from the University of Leeds.
