Jess Roepken

Jess Roepken is currently serving as the Appeals & Escalations Senior Program Manager in the Trust & Safety department at Epic Games since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jess was the Content Policy & Moderation Program Lead at Vimeo from January 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included designing and implementing content moderation processes, managing compliance initiatives, and reporting user impact. Jess's earlier experience includes various positions at Livestream from July 2013 to December 2017, where responsibilities encompassed leading customer support teams and providing technical support for live broadcasting. Previous roles at NeuLion Inc involved preparing and troubleshooting live video streams for NHL broadcasts, along with editing sports programs. Jess began the career as an intern at Digital Waterworx, assisting in video production and media organization. An alumnus of Hofstra University, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
