Kinga Rorat is a Product & Regulatory Counsel, currently serving as Managing Counsel, Regulatory at Epic Games since 2025. Previously, Kinga held the position of Legal Director, Product & Regulatory at Roblox from 2017 to 2025, and has experience as a legal intern at the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights in 2012. Kinga also contributed to the Electronic Frontier Foundation's legal team from 2016 to 2017 and worked as a Tax Associate (Legal) at Ernst & Young between 2012 and 2013. Kinga earned a joint Bachelor's degree in law from Marie Curie University in Poland and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Berkeley.
