Richard Rivera

Richard Rivera is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as a Senior QA Engineering Manager at Epic Games. With a distinguished background in automation engineering, quality assurance, and security, they previously held positions such as Automation Engineering Manager at lululemon, where they mentored teams and developed testing frameworks. They contributed to the development of the MEADS Battle Manager software as a Software Engineering Intern at Lockheed Martin and played a vital role in launching matchmaking systems at Bungie, impacting over one million players. Richard holds an Associate of Science in Computer Programming and Analysis from Valencia Community College and has studied Computer Science at the University of Central Florida.
