Robert Schuster is an experienced game designer with a career spanning over two decades. Starting as a Residential Supervisor at St. Joseph's Orphanage from 2003 to 2010, Robert transitioned to freelance writing, editing, and photography between 2008 and 2011. Following this, a significant tenure at Wizards of the Coast as a Game Designer lasted from 2011 until February 2021, after which Robert continued as a Senior Game Designer at Bungie until May 2023. Robert later took on the role of Staff Systems Designer at Riot Games until October 2024 and is currently serving as a Senior Game Designer at Epic Games. Robert holds an Associate's degree in Real Time Interactive Simulation from DigiPen Institute of Technology, earned from 1999 to 2001.
