Summer Berry is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the creative, marketing, and interactive sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Epic Games since July 2020, Summer previously held roles in various capacities at Robert Half, including Branch Manager and Lead Recruiter, where significant revenue growth was achieved under management. With a strong background in mentoring and team leadership, Summer has successfully launched new recruitment practices and exceeded ambitious sales and recruitment goals consistently.
